AFFIDAVIT OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PATERNITY

I, BRYAN JESALVA SAUNDERS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and

presently residing at Dubai, UAE after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the biological father of GEOFF TERRENCE FLORENDO;

2. That the biological mother of the said child is GRACIELLE FLORENDO

SAUNDERS;

3. That our child was born on October 20, 2009 at Cavite City;

4. That at the time of the birth of our child, I was not legally married to her biological
mother;

5. That I hereby acknowledge my paternity of the child, GEOFF TERRENCE

FLORENDO; and

6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
