CAMP POLICIES

Discipline& Cleanliness: Participants have to demonstrate maturity and responsibility during

the camp. Individual behavior that disrupts the program or that causes damage or injury may
result in immediate dismissal at the student/family’s own expense.

No Tolerance for Alcohol, Cigarettes: The RockReloaded camp observes a strict no-tolerance
policy to maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment for our participants and
facilitators. It prohibits the possession, use, facilitation of alcohol, tobacco, drugs etc as well as
any act of bullying, sexual harassment, aggression or violence at any time during the program.
We expect participants to follow this no-tolerance policy. Any act that goes against this policy
will result in disciplinary action, and may include without limitation, immediate dismissal from
the program

Cell Phones & Electronics: Electronics such as Mp3 players, iPods, and other electronics are
not allowed at the camp. Participants are permitted to bring cell phones to use during their
journey to and from Mumbai, but will be required to turn in these devices upon arrival.

Items Not allowed: Items like junk food, jewellery, make up etc are not allowed at the campsite.
If any participant has, any items that are not allowed at the program, it will be checked-in and
will be returned prior to departure.
 PACKING LIST

• PLEASE CARRY A VALID IDENTITY CARD OF YOURSELF.

Follow the guidelines below when packing.
Dress Code
It is of utmost importance that both men and women dress respectfully and appropriately during
the program. To ensure a comfortable and positive environment where staff and participants
portray a sense of respect, the RockReloaded team expects all participants to follow the dress
code below for the entire duration of the programme.
Key points for the dress code are listed below.
• No clothes that reveal parts of your back or stomach
• Shorts for both males and females must be knee-length or longer.
• Shirts, pants, and/or shorts (including exercise attire) should not be tightly fitted.

Types of clothes
• T shirts (enough for 7 days)
• Knee length shorts (quick drying for River Rafting)
• Windproof Jacket/Parka (thin) in winter
• Jersey/Warm Jacket
• Footwear – 2 pairs (one each for Raft and adventure and one for camp site activities –
sandals will suffice if they are well fastened. No hard soles please)
• Sport shoes for rock climbing and other activities

Toiletries (Try to bring only the amount you will need for the duration of the camp)
• Shampoo and Conditioner
• Soap
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Any other necessary toiletries
• 1 Bath Towel & 1 Hand Towel

Miscellaneous
• Water bottles - participants will carry these daily. Water bottles should be reusable and
hold 1 liter. Please label your water bottle with your name in permanent marker.
• Insect repellent
• Sun Cap
• Sunscreen
• Torch – VERY Important
• Camera (optional, can be brought at the participant own responsibility)

Medicine
Please be sure to bring all prescription medication for the entirety of the program and let one
facilitator know about your medications Motion sickness pills (if needed) can be brought since
there will be significant travel by bus/train.
