How To Make “ RISOLES “

Ingredients :

1. 100 gr potatoes
2. A small pieces of carrots
3. 1 leek
4. 3 red onions
5. 1 clove of garlic
6. One tablespoons salt
7. 2 eggs and flour panir

Steps 1 contents :

1. Heat the oil and saute union


2. Garlic until fragrant
3. Enter the folur and mix well
4. Add the carrot, potatoes, and other condiments
5. Cook until all ingredients cooked
6. Remove and set aside

Steps 2 skin of risoles :

1. Mix flour, salt and eggs and stir well


2. Flat non-stick frying pan heat the oil
3. Pour the batter for pancakes thin and lift, take a sheet of skin
risoles give content and roll them
4. Risoles dip into beaten egg and roll to the panir flour
5. Heat the oil
6. Fry the risoles until golden brown
7. Remove and drain to cool
