qualified for this opportunity.
Started as an assistant cookin a landbased hotel industry, I learn about the basic operation
and preparation of kitchen as well as mentality, basic skill and understanding of working in
hospitality department. To gain more experience, I was recruited for a cruise ship company.
5 contracts that I had been through made me worked with various nationality of co workers
and chefs, menu, and sections. I had been placed to buffet, preparation area, main galley,
Italian Restaurant and opening team of a new ship from my last company. Those experience
made me able to work fast, long hours, with focus and concentration but also kind, friendly
toward guests and co workers. Moreover, I have wide knowledge of western and Asian
cuisine, and also understanding of HACCP and public health.
Currently resign from my previous work, I will be available for any interview scheduled if
