To adapt to diverse radio channel conditions, the eNodeB adaptively configure different transmission modes for
different UEs in a cell. The eNodeB supports the following types of adaptive configuration:

1- Adaptive configuration of open-loop transmission modes

2- Adaptive configuration of closed-loop transmission modes
3- Adaptive configuration of open- and closed-loop transmission modes

After the CL Adaptive change:

- OL and TM3 PRB Traffic Volume went to zero.
- CL , TM4 and TM2 PRB and Traffic Volume having values
