- Final designs
- NKB Project Manager on-site

3. FB CONCEPTS
5 outlets:
"Lobby Bar", 24h: 0/F
"Bong Lua", exclusive evening dining: 0/F
"Saigon", breakfast & all-day dining: 1/F
"PiPas", Italian specialties: lunch and dinner: 2/F (winter garden, 1/3)
"Sky Lounge": elegant club lounge: 15/ (with bar?)
plus:
- Room Service
- Banquet

4. STAFF TRAININGS
- Internal Trainings all departments: by resident supervisors and managers
- External Trainers FO, HK, FB Service, English: hotel professional
