Ketu is considered a malefic in Hindu Astrology nowadays commonly known as Vedic Astrology. People
who are running Dasa or major period of Ketu quite often search the effects of Ketu Mahadasa or the results
of Ketu Mahadasa on the net and in the books of astrology. They get varied point of views on the net and in
the books. Let us try to understand why there are varied point of views and how can we arrive at the accurate
results in Ketu Mahadasa. Everyone on the planet Earth is born with an altogether different horoscope
because of the different planetary combinations. Similar planetary combination is repeated after 4800 years

key factor in telling the results of Ketu Mahadasa or Dasa of 7 years. There can be ups and downs in career,
sale and purchase of properties, travels, health related problems/ recovery etc. depending upon the other
eight planets placement of the planets also. In addition to it transits play vital role in pointing the events of
life.
