Indian Insititute of Skill Development B-13 Infocity Sector 49 Gurgaon is a Project

Implementing Agency under the Seekho Aur Kamao. An amount of 48,00,000 as
1st Installment (40%) was released out of the total sanction amount of 1,20,00,000
for Skill training of 500 minority youths in the state of Haryana (300 trainees) and
Himachal Pradesh (200 trainees) during 2013-14 under the scheme. After the first
inspection of the PIA it was found that PIA had trained 77 professionally qualified
B.Tech candidates. Therefore, Minsitry deducted the cost of training of these 77
candidates from the 2nd installment which was released during 2014-15. Further
the stipend @ Rs.1500/- per month per trainee for these 77 candidates has not
been released. Program wise cost and stipend was not released for these
candidates. The 3rd and final installment (20%) is pending and the document
submitted by PIA are under the examination.
