Silicon360 Acquires Product Rights for CA91C078A from IDT 
MILPITAS,  Calif.,  April  2nd,  2010‐‐Silicon360  (Si360®),  an  accredited  source  for  discontinued 
semiconductors,  has  announced  its  purchase  of  the  product  rights  of  CA91C078A,  originally  designed 
and manufactured by Integrated Device Technology (IDT). 

Silicon360  now  has  single‐source  rights  to  both  globally  market  and  continue  to  manufacture  the 
product, CA91C078A. Terms of the agreement are not disclosed, but the purchase includes all residual 
finished goods, hardware, and supporting documentation. 

Silicon360 will provide comprehensive product support through validation, value enhancement through 
upgrading,  counterfeit  evaluation  and  regular  stock  rotations.  After‐market  sustenance  and  extended 
supply will be ensured.
