What is Melaphom ?

Melaphom ?
Melaphom is a shuruk that is above the line. Shuruk is the same when without a line. What that
means is unclear to me.

Melaphom est un Shuruk quand au-dessus de la ligne. Shuruk est la même chose, mais sans ligne. Ce
que cela veut dire n’est pas clair pour moi.
