I've been wondering this for awhile,

and just figured it out.
Steps remember me reset password login

Find the Scribd document you

want to download.
There should be a 'Join' button
in the upper righthand corner.
Once you've signed up, click
'Upload', two spaces to the left
of your profile picture.
Upload any random txt or pdf
document, and fill out the
required info (title, description)
Once the document is fully
uploaded, Scribd will allow you
to download any document.
Submit a new link Submit a new text post
Voila!

hmm... It seems free accounts do get
limited... I guess this post burned
through all my free downloads. :) I
used an account that did the same as
this tutorial describes.
A paid account would probably solve
the problem and could be the key to
also be able to download audiobooks (if
they don't have any DRM). Or I have to
create a new free account and update
the script, but that would easily burn
through downloads again.

Yeah, it should work. After uploading a book, you should be able to download any
document in PDF format. Can you send me a screenshot?

Unfortunately, that's not a document, but a book. I should've

been clearer with my title, since I found out that it was only
applicable to documents.

Good luck finding your book, man. I'd

recommend checking on the #ebooks
channel on IRCHighway (use @search [book
title] to search for a book). Here's a guide
on it, if you haven't seen it already. I
checked on Libgen and Myanonamouse (a
private ebook tracker) but neither one had
it.
