is experienced in corporate development, marketing and strategic planning.

Jonathon graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of


Management in 2008. He also studied at The University of Western Ontario and The
University of British Columbia.
After completing his studies, Jonathon worked for Yokohama Tire Canada, eventually
becoming Business Unit Director for Canadian Consumer Products. While at Yokohama
Tire Canada, he acted as a liaison between product planning, operations and production
departments in Canada, the United States and Japan. He also led the marketing team,
realizing a brand awareness increase of 10% and a near doubling of market shares.

Following his work at Yokohama Tire Canada, Jonathon accepted a position as Vice
President for Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Wholesale Tire
Distributors in Toronto. Under his leadership, rebranding strategies were implemented,
with the company seeing a 19% increase in sales.

From 2009 to 2011, Jonathon served as Chairman of Statistics and Forecasting


Committee for Tire and Rubber Association of Canada.

In addition to his role at NorthFind Partners, Jonathon is a partner with the Mariner
Brewing Company, the first brewery in Coquitlam, Canada. He also serves as Chief
Strategy Officer for Factors Group of Companies.
