AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, Fe Abella Chang, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Arguelles St.

Poblacion, Balud, Masbate after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

That I am the lawful owner of FE ACQUA CURE WATER REFILLING STATION with
Certificate No. 02159417 duly issued on September 4,2013 .

That I voluntarily waive and turn over the ownership of the said Water refilling
Station to my daughter Fiorella C. Vidal, of legal age, Filipino and also a resident of
Poblacion, Balud, Masbate.

That I further undertake to give all rights and privileges to the new owner, and
insure that all legal papers of transfer be made accordingly and all taxes due be paid
before the complete transfer is made.

That I have executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing and
for whatever purpose this affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 5th. day of January,
2018 in the City of Masbate, Philippines.
