CAD Model submission guidelines for Enduro Student India 2018

The CAD model has to be submitted according to the following guidelines:

 All submission (otherwise specified) should be in Black & White line drawing as typical to an
engineering drawing.
 All submission should be properly dimensioned and also contain a title box on the bottom right
corner of the page. This title box should contain the name of the team, college, car number,
date, title of the drawing and other necessary details.
 The images should display ONLY the chassis members. Other sub-systems should NOT be visible
in the submission.
 The following views of the vehicle need to submitted

1. Front view ( B&W)

2. Left side view ( B&W)
3. Right side view ( B&W)
4. Rear view ( B&W)
5. Top View ( B&W)
6. Isometric view ( Primary members - Red & Secondary members - Green)

This would enable the judges to review the shortcomings of your chassis design and point out corrective
measures (if required) prior to manufacturing.

The files need to be uploaded on the team portal of www.endurostudent.in as individual images in their
respective upload sections under “CAD Model submission”.

The submission deadline is 17th June, 2017 at 0900 Hours.

All files should be named in the following way:

TeamNumber_TeamName_FileNumber.jpg
For example:
69_Team_Tiger_3.jpg
Hence, file numbered as 3 will ALWAYS be Right side view.

All images need to be of 1024 X 768 pixels and less than 250 kb in size. The upload portal will reject all
pictures above 250 kb and in any other format other than .jpg

Failure to follow the naming convention or any other details (in full or part) will result in being treated as
non-submission.

Delayed submission will be penalised at 10 points per day from the deadline from the overall score.
