Thank you for your email about applying for registration with a licence to practise with the GMC.
I am unable to assist you definitively with your route to registration with the GMC, not only as you have
not yet graduated but as you have not confirmed your nationality in your email.
If you are a Romanian national (an European Economic Area (EEA) applicant), I can advise that doctors
qualifying from Romania are currently not eligible to apply for provisional registration. Romanian doctors
would therefore apply directly for full registration with a licence to practise.
Please respond to this email confirming your nationality if you require further assistance. You may also
find our application guidance pages to be a useful resource.
As all of our policies and procedures surrounding registration are subject to change, I recommend that
you check our requirements when you are ready to apply.
I am afraid that we cannot provide advice about applying for the UK Foundation Programme. Please
