MOTOR BIKE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.

phone no. 0720555517 ID no. 22577145 to ride/ drive his motor bike
reg……………………………………make…………………….……….as boda boda. Under the agreement will be giving the
proceeds of daily job at a rate of 400.00sh for six days totaling to 2400.00sh. Payable
every Saturday by depositing the said amount at co-operative bank account no. 011097621243000074 (Kagemi
branch.) And giving the owner his bank in slip every Sunday morning.

RULES THAT GUIDE THE AGREEMENT

1. NO mishandling of the motor bike by subletting to fellow riders

2. Working hours are strictly from 5am to 10pm. If found by authority past the agreed time am responsible.
3. At all time I shall were my protective rider gear
4. I shall maintain the bike by doing small services BT inform the employer of the services
That include; punctures, tightening of any loose bolts and nuts.
5. Shall maintain cleanliness to both the motorbike and its accessories.
6. Shall return the motor bike with its accessories as I received.
7. Major services shall involve the owner to do.
8. The motor bike can be withdrawn from me any time I brigde the contract and warned enough.
9. The motor bike remains a property of the owner in case stolen or misplaced shall be accountable
For payment of the same type of motor bike
THE EMPLOYER SHALL PROVIDE
1. Shall provide the motor bike
2. To provide with Sacco registration and nos.
3. Provide the receipts or log book were required
4. Provide with helmet, reflectors.
5. Shall be liable for major services when required I.e. oil changing, tire changing, any engination
Problem issue as reported by the rider
