INDICTMENT
The Prosecution charges that at all relevant times:
PARTIES
1. Tiberius Cecil was and continued to be Attorney General of the Union of Londinium.
2. Cecil, serving in his capacity as Attorney General, prosecuted Saint Ehm for
Anti-Governmental Activity and Treason.
3. The charges brought against Ehm related to a post made by Ehm where he claimed he
would “fill the region with nations until no-one can prevent (sic)my rise!”
4. The Royal Court of the Union of Londinium ruled in favor of Ehm, contesting that he
could not be granted a fair trial as the crimes he had been indicted for did not exist at the
time of trial.
OVERVIEW OF THE OFFENSES
5. Between January 9, 2018, and January 10, 2018, and January 10, 2018, Cecil
contrived to:
a. create several puppet nations impersonating Ehm;
b. utilize those puppet nations to overthrow the government of the Union of
Londinium;
c. further utilize these puppet regions to convince the government a coup had
been staged by Ehm;
all for the purpose of retaliating against the government due to his loss in ​Rex v. Saint
Ehm​.

 MEANS OF COMMITTING THE OFFENSES
6. Cecil alone, or in knowing concert with others unknown to the prosecution (hereafter
simply “Cecil” in this section) committed these offenses through the means described
below.
January 9, 2018 through 10, 2018 at 8:23:40 AM PST
7. Between January 9, 2018 and January 10, 2018, Cecil created created a puppet nation
called “The saint ehm,” with the intent of using it to impersonate Ehm and stage a coup
within the Union of Londinium.
January 10, 2018 at 8:23:40 AM PST through 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST
8. On January 10, 2018 at 8:23:40 AM PST, Cecil, masquerading as Ehm with the help
of his puppet nation, lodged a post on the regional message board that encouraged
members to withdraw their endorsements from the region’s World Assembly delegate
and promised “Rage and Ruin to Londinium.”
9. Between 8:26:34 AM PST and 8:31:48 AM PST, Cecil, still utilizing his puppet,
lodged several more posts on the Regional message boards that encouraged
a. revolution against the government of Londinium;
b. the complete destruction of the region;
c. the seizure of the monarchy by Cecil (masquerading as Ehm).
10. On or around January 10, 2018, Cecil (masquerading as Ehm), sent a Telegram to the
Prime Minister, Bymaria, claiming that he would “not be Prime Minister much longer.”
11. At 12:29:03 PM PST, Cecil sent out several telegrams to nations within the region
encouraging a “glorious Revolution and War in Londinium.”
12. At 8:41:53 PM PST, the NationStates Moderation team wiped both Cecil’s main
account and the puppet he had used to impersonate Ehm.

13. The prosecution realleges and incorporates by reference the allegations in paragraphs

1-12 of this Indictment and charges that:

From on or about January 9, 2018 through January 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST,

or thereabout, in the Union of Londinium, the defendant,

TIBERIUS CECIL,

having created a puppet region for the purpose of deceiving the government and members

of the region deliberately provided maliciously false and misleading information to the

region’s members and Government officials, and aided and abetted the same.

All in violation of Article 4, Unified Criminal Code, Section 1(c).

14. The prosecution realleges and incorporates by reference the allegations in paragraphs

1-12 of this Indictment and charges that:

From on or about January 9, 2018 through January 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST,

or thereabout, in the Union of Londinium, the defendant,

TIBERIUS CECIL,

knowingly, and with intent to conspire against the region, lodged several messages

calling for action against both the region and regional officials — in this case by calling

for a revolution — and furthermore attempted to lower the endorsement count of the

region’s legal World Assembly delegate — in this case by encouraging others to

withdraw their endorsements — and aided and abetted the same.

All in violation of Article 4, Unified Criminal Code, Section 1(I).

15. The prosecution realleges and incorporates by reference the allegations in paragraphs

1-12 of this Indictment and charges that:

From on or about January 9, 2018 through January 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST,

or thereabout, in the Union of Londinium, the defendant,

TIBERIUS CECIL,

created a puppet with the name “The saint ehm” with the purpose of claiming to be

another player — in this case Saint Ehm, the defendant whom the court ruled in favor of

during ​Rex v. Saint Ehm ​— and aided and abetted the same.

All in violation of Article 5, Unified Criminal Code, Section E.

16. The prosecution realleges and incorporates by reference the allegations in paragraphs

1-12 of this Indictment and charges that:

From on or about January 9, 2018 through January 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST,

or thereabout, in the Union of Londinium, the defendant,

TIBERIUS CECIL,

lodged several messages on the Regional Message Board intended to cause internal

discord or political division for the purpose of sabotaging the region — in this case

through calling for the overthrow of the government of Londinium and advocating a

revolution (attempting to exacerbate extant political tensions in the region) — and aided

and abetted the same.

All in violation of Article 6, Unified Criminal Code, Section 1(a).

17. The prosecution realleges and incorporates by reference the allegations in paragraphs

1-12 of this Indictment and charges that:

From on or about January 9, 2018 through January 10, 2018 at 8:41:53 PM PST,

or thereabout, in the Union of Londinium, the defendant,

TIBERIUS CECIL,

lodged several messages on the regional message board that incited war against

Londinium — in this case through calling for a revolution — and that attempted to seize

a position unlawfully — in this case the position of the monarch for Cecil, masquerading

as Saint Ehm — and aided and abetted the same.

All in violation of Article 6, Unified Criminal Code, Section 1(c).
