PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
M/S Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) intends to pre-qualify well reputed
construction firms for “Construction of Flexible Pavements, Street Lights and allied Civil
Works” at Mehmood Booti dumping site. The interested parties may apply for pre-qualification
along with the following documents.

i. Copy of registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms.

ii. Copy of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above.
iii. Enlistment with Communication & Works Department of the Punjab for year 2011-12.
iv. Certificate from the client for 03 similar projects completed in last five years.
v. Audit statement of accounts for the last three years.
vi. A certificate/ affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any client.
A complete set of documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes through registered post or by
hand to the address given below not later than 3:00 PM on 05th May, 2012.
Applicant will be informed, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the applicants. Only
the firms pre-qualified under this process will be invited to bid.
LWMC will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of documents and reserved
the right to cancel the pre-qualification process.
