1. The person in the picture is planning to do things at different times. Write
sentences about the thingd hr id planning to do, choosing a time expression
from the box for each sentences. You do not need to use all the expressions.

a) He is travelling to Moscow on Saturday morning.

b) He is riding a horse at the weekend.
c) He is having lunch with his friend next Monday.
d) He is playing basketball in the summer.
e) He is going camping 15th January.
f) Tomorrow afternoon, he is going to a party.

2. Work with a partner. One of you is A and one of you us B. Fill in your diary on
page 200 or page 202. Yo can choose some of the events on page 29 or imagine
some. Don´t show your partner.
Find a time when you are both free so you can go to the cinema together.

Cristopher: Hi, Gabi. I have two movie tickets. What do you think about GRU 3?
Gabi: Really? I think watching these kinds of movies is the best way to have fun. I love
this kind of movies. What do you think about Mummy?
Cristopher: I consider that kind of movie is not good for children because it talks a lot
about reveng. What are you doing on Friday afternoon?
Gabi: I am going to a meeting with my tutor´s thesis on Friday afternoon. We have to
describe something. What are you doing on Saturday evening?
Cristopher: I am going to the mall with my friends on Saturday evening. What are
you doing on Saturday evening?
Gabi: I am going a party with my friends on Saturday evening because is one of the
relaxest thing. What are you doing on Saturday morning?
Cristopher: I am going to the gym on Saturday morning. What are you doing on
Sunday morning?
Gabi: I am playing football in PS2 with my cousin because my uncle is travelling. What
are you doing on Friday evening?
Cristopher: I am going to my uncle’s house. What are you doing on Sunday
afternoon?
Gabi: I will be free.
Cristopher: Would you like to go to the cinema on Sunday afternoon with me?
Gabi: Ok, it is a good idea. Do you agree if we meet in the Central Park?
Cristopher: Yes, see you there. Bye.
