Texts, words and verbal terms may fail us when we ought to depict

our profoundest feelings of gratitude for the people who have rendered

invaluable help during the course of our research. Yet, we intend to make

a sincere effort in portraying our deepest sense of recognition and

appreciation in these forms.

We, the researchers, would like to express our warmest and deepest

gratefulness and authentic admiration to these following persons: First and

foremost, to the omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent and infinite Father

God, for answering our prayers, giving us strength, safety, courage,

determination, good health, knowledge and blessings to complete this

study. To our school president, S. Ma. Jocelyn G. Gerarde, RVM, Mr.

Jovenal F. Lor, M. A. R. E., the Dean of College, and Mrs. Prescila S.

Baquerfo, Ph. D. our research Directress, who contributed a lot for the

approval of this study to be possibly done. To our dearest program head,

Prof. Perla C. Padro, Ph. D., who gave us constructive criticism to improve

for this study become a promising output. To Prof. Jose Marie E.

Ocdenaria, M. A. Ed. as our statistician and to Prof. Febbie Faith Ramos as

our grammarian who helped us in some details for the formality and

reliability of our research. To the Mission Medical Hospital Bacteriology

Laboratory as our locale, for letting us execute and for providing us the

equipment needed to carry out our methods and in order for us to attain

the desired results of our research. To the Medical Technologists of

Medical Mission Hospital especially to Ma’am Xenia Manlangit, M.T., the

Chief Medical Technologist for sharing their precious time and expertise to

help us in the process of attaining fair and equal result for our inquiry.

To our classmates and distinct friends who also lent their arms to

encourage and comfort us whenever we feel distressed. And lastly, to our
