REF: ACQUISITION OF SWISSPORT INTERNATIONAL BY THE CHINESE

HNA GROUP.

We would like to clarify on the news appearing in various newspapers in

relation to the captioned topic.

On 30th July 2015 PAI Partners SAS (“PAI Partners”) agreed to the sale of
Swissport Group (“Swissport”) to the Chinese HNA Group Co. Ltd. (“HNA
Group”). The transaction was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors
of both, the HNA Group and PAI Partners, and is expected to close by the end
of this year, subject to regulatory approval by the relevant authorities.

Swissport, the world´s largest ground and cargo handling company, will
remain as a standalone business within the HNA Group, complementing the
conglomerate´s existing core activities including aviation, airport management,
logistics and tourism.

Please be assured that Swissport customers can continue to rely on the same
high quality service levels going forward. The Swissport management team is
very much looking forward to working with the HNA Group and to continue
strengthening the Swissport network around the globe.

As you may be aware, Swissport International own 51% stake in Swissport

Tanzania PLC while the remaining stake is traded at the Dar es Salaam Stock
Exchange and as such the transaction is not going to affect the company’s
ownership structure.

At the moment, the Fair Competition Commission in Tanzania is investigating
reports on the acquisition of Swissport International by China HNA Group and
claims that the move will not have material effect on the market and has
issued a public notice to that effect.
