    Dear Captain,

    I hereby declare that during my first month conning as third officer on


    MV.HANJIN CAPE LAMBERT still can’t perform my duty and task well. There
    are many mistaken that I’ve did and it make problems for other officer
    especially for master. For examples i have mistaken to operated engine
    telegraph when conducted air blowing after ship berthed at PORTO BOLIVAR,
    COLOMBIA. I also ever did mistake when performed my watch to avoid

    shallow water area. For other mistake was when made noon report for
    system, i forgot to input g/e consumption. And recently mistaken was about
    carried out of weekly inspection when ship recently berthed, it’s not possible
    to conduct it.

    For all my many mistakes, i am ISMARYANSHAH AMIR as third officer


    would like say apologize to all officers, engineers, and especially for my
    master KIM HAN MIN. I promise and eager to never do that again. I am sure
    realizing that and ready to receive all situations regarding my mistakes.
