Cover I am writing to apply for the position of Communications Specialist
Intern for the summer of 2018. My background in media production,
Letter whether it be at Ryerson for their esteemed RTA: Media Production
program, or on set getting real experience with professionals, I believe
my qualifications would make me an asset in the position.

I would start with my experience with the Toronto Dominion Bank,

as both of my parents launched their careers as tellers, then managers,
and eventually specializing within the company. I have, since my earliest
days, been exposed to the type of character and values embedded into
the TD family. The integrity, convenience, and commitment that
embodies this company, has been integrated into my lifestyle.

My experience with media production has given me the opportunity to

Throughout my work, I have been taught the importance of proper
planning and organization for productions large or small. Whether it is

hardware, such as numerous DSLR and full camcorder cameras, full
lighting kits, diffusion and colour correction gels, as well as microphones
ranging from desktop to boom-mics gives me the rounded skillset
necessary to perform in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I have
worked with esteemed ACTRA actors and media professionals on a
variety of projects, and understand the level of dedication necessary to
complete high-level productions.

In post-production, I have experience developing motion graphics,

designing posters, and editing different mediums in the Adobe suite.
My extensive organization skills allow me to shine when in the editing
process, and I find I exhibit my talents best when in the editorial phases
CREATIVE of a project. I am attuned to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier,
- and find that non-linear editing software always gives me the
opportunity to show off my creative talents.
