To the Selection Committee,

I have become aware that Robanio is searching for a formidable leader to guide it in the right

direction. I am writing in hopes that you will consider me when filling this position. I have

already proven myself to be a powerful and effective leader, and that is exactly what Robanio

needs. I believe that Robanio has a promising future and that, with my leadership, it could rise to

become a major European power.

I have been queen of Russia for thirty-four years, and in that time, I have proved myself

to be an able leader. I brought power and influence to the Russian monarchy. I expanded

Russia’s borders, adding an extra 200,000 square miles to Russian territory. I am always in

control of the people. During my time as queen, I have faced over a dozen uprisings, but none of

them could challenge my power. I refuse to bow to the weak. Yet, I am still a beloved and

respected queen. If you wish for Robanio to be given the same respect from other European

monarchs, than you should consider selecting me as your candidate.

One of my greatest accomplishments in acquiring a warm-water port on the Black Sea.

Previously, Russian ports all froze over in the winter, which slowed trade. Peter the Great, who

was a truly wonderful Russian leader, wished to acquire the port, but was unable to triumph over

the Ottoman Empire. I have always strived to follow in his footsteps, so I knew I must acquire

the port. I succeeded, which resulted in an increase in commerce and communications. Another

significant accomplishment of mine is creating pubic education for all the children of Russia.

One of my major goals was to continue to the Westernization of Russia. To me, this meant

improving the education system. I first established a boarding school for young women in St.

Petersburg. Later, I issued the creation for schools with free admission to be built in towns all

across Russia.
 While I respect and honor Peter the Great and all of his achievements, I believe I would

be a better ruler for Robanio. I am very skilled in adapting to new places. I was born a German

princess, after all. When I moved to Russia I adopted it customs, religion, and language. Peter,

however, has never had such experiences. Also, Peter was known for being a feared ruler, which

caused many of his reforms not to last. I, however, and loved and respected. Therefore, my

successes are more permeant.

I hope you will consider electing me the Queen of Robanio. I believe both your country

and I would benefit from it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
