Behavioral Health Technician. June 2017 – Present
As a behavioral health technician, I am required to help maintain a safe and therapeutic
atmosphere for patients. I obtain vital signs and blood glucose readings. To maintain safety on
the unit, I complete safety checks every fifteen minutes and document patient behavior and
location in the electronic medical record.

Patient Care Technician. September 2016 – July 2017
As a patient care technician, I was responsible for obtaining vitals and blood sugars on patients
that were assigned to me. I was also required to chart in Connect Care, change linens, and assist
patients with activities of daily living.
