This refers to your letter informing this office of Wage Order No. RTWPB
RBII-18 issued by Regional Tripartite Wage Productivity Board (RTWPB) which
granted a P40.00 per day wage increase making the New Minimum Wage Rate of
Three Hundred Forty Pesos (P340.00) for the entire Region II.

Pursuant to the new wage order which became effective on September 25,
2017, this office hereby acknowledges and approves the said request to amend the
contract for security services executed with your agency particularly on the wage
rate and make the corresponding adjustment in the social benefits of the security
guards.

We are attaching a copy of the amendment to the said contract for security
service for your perusal.
