    Financial support for Tanzanite Property Consultants (Pty) Ltd

    Dear Sirs,

    It is the company’s present policy to ensure that Tanzanite Property Consultants (Pty) Ltd is able
    to meet its liabilities. We confirm that we will support the company by providing adequate
    financial assistance for the foreseeable future.

    We also confirm that we will not recall or demand any repayment of the advances made to the
    company as at 31 August 2017, except that insofar as the funds of the company permits
    repayment and that such repayment will not adversely affect the ability of the company to
    carry on their business operations as a going concern for the foreseeable future.
