Subject: Team-Building Getaway Proposal for AFT Department

Dear Mr. Durrani,

I trust this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to highlight an important proposal
regarding the future of our company, particularly the Accounting and Tax (AFT) division.

Sana Sadiq, who heads our AFT crew suggested a unique proposal, which suggested an offsite team-
building trip to PC Bhurban, Murree, In February 2024. The idea is solely to bring unity to the team, sort
out the issues, and provide training to the team regarding sexual harassment and ethical issues. Our AFT
team plays a big role in how well our company does, and it's clear that if they're happy, our company
stays strong. Some of them haven't been too thrilled about recent changes and aren't sure about their
future here.

I have looped in on Mr. Shahid Hussain from Finance too. We will work together to come up with an
affordable plan that is not a huge burden on our finances as this is the worst time for something as
expensive but for the smooth integration of the new team, this proposal is quite a vital step. Your
support means a lot. Your advice and approval would not only cheer up our AFT team but also show how
much we care about having a great team that works well together.
