WORKPLACES
Concern. Commitment. Competence.
Times are changing - women, people with disabilities and transgenders want to be financially independent and organisations
are understanding the value of gender diversity. Soon the society and organisations will hire more women, transgenders and
people with disabilities and make workplaces diversified.
With the changing workforce scenario, it is only imperative that the work environment gears up to accommodate and provide
a congenial environment. Therefore, educating, training and empowering your team helps in achieving inclusiveness.

UCS’s flagship product, RightRules, is an online interactive platform designed to not only simplify POSH training but also
ensure maximum retention by all the stakeholders of an organisation.
The training module is designed in a manner that it gauges the user’s existing knowledge and then via an interactive module
sheds light on new perspectives. It’s also followed by a quiz to reinforce the newfound understanding of the POSH Act.
The training module is available in Hindi, English, Tamil and Kannada so that every employee, including the one who is
working in a distant factory, can become more aware and sensitized.
