ADVANCED WOMEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
TESTIMONIALS

Aruja Nayan
Vice President – India HR
Royal Bank of Scotland

I was a participant of the Women Leadership program ODA facilitated for RBS. The
one-year long journey ODA created for us had four workshops and one on one
coaching and it was one of the best interventions that I have gone though. What has
always stayed with me about ODA is their depth on all human related phenomena
and their incredibly diverse approach on its application. The intent and simplicity with
which they deliver an ask is often transformational and pushes the group/individual in
the direction of outcome. In an environment today when pace is high and its ever so
dynamic, I think ODA is making a phenomenal attempt through their interventions to
strengthen and enable the core of the organization i.e. its people & leaders. I strongly
believe in the way they understand and drive Organization / Leadership Development
and certainly recommend them as partners in all things people & organizations
people create. I strongly believe that middle and senior level leaders should go
through the ODA program to have more confidence, influence and impact.

Ritu Rana
Quality Assurance Manager
National Australia Bank

After several years of great progress in my current position, I needed a catalyst to achieve
my next leadership role.  That is the time I went through the Women Leadership journey
conducted by ODA. The program has enabled me to embrace my uniqueness and discover
my personal brand, not just in professional but in personal life also. Santosh's words
"Everything you focus expands" has become my life's quote. I am thankful to ODA and
proud on myself for achieving multiple leadership roles globally and for courage to change
country for betterment. I have made a lifelong connection with ODA.
