HR Strategic Business Partner
Provided HR support to the IT and Engineering organizations in all aspects of Human Resources to
support and attain the goals of the business. Implemented HR programs and strategies in support of
the Human Resources Corporate Plan to include but not limited to Recruiting, Talent Development,

the Hotline.
Partnered with Compensation and the Business Unit to develop and approve 55 new job

complaints resolving all timely and thereby avoiding legal ramifications.
Received recognition from the Legal department for providing detailed documentation on a
potential accommodation issue that provided cost savings on a potential liability claim.
Collaborated with another HR Business Partner to develop a New Manager Orientation Program
to acclimate new managers to the policies, practices and processes ensuring that managers had
the tools and information they needed to manage their new teams.
Developed a Manager Resource Toolkit in support of the 360 feedback process for managers to
utilize in resourcing the tools and training in support of their development plan.
Conducted targeted training for the Service Delivery and IT organizations for Managing Change
and Preventing Harassment, providing them with the tools to avoid any liability issues and lead
their teams successfully through the many organization changes.

Provided senior level HR services to MCI / Verizon, prior to buy-out by Frontier Communications of
local telephone service in 13 Central Region States, holding progressively responsible positions that
included Sr. Consultant-Employee Relations/HR Business Partner, Staff Specialist / HR Generalist
and Senior Staff Specialist / Senior HR Generalist.
Supported diverse client base of 2000+ throughout the US and in Argentina aligning HR
strategies to the business plan.
Developed functional AAP plans for clients and managed ADA requests for accommodation.
Received MCI/Verizons top employee award, the Ovation, which recognized employees for
