SUB: Funding for Promotion of Financial Literacy under BFA CSR Program.

Dear Sir,

Brickwork Ratings (BWR) is a Canara Bank promoted, Securities and Exchange Board of
India (SEBI) registered and the Reserve Bank of India accredited Credit Rating Agency. BWR
believes in promoting financial literacy at all levels and considered this cause under CSR
initiatives. To conduct financial literacy activities, BWR has funded Brickwork Finance
Academy (BFA), which is a non-profit organization started by the founders of BWR that
specializes in providing financial education.

As we discussed, we would like to sponsor your Finance Club up to Rs 5, 00,000 for this
purpose, which needs to be spent on or before June 2022. The proceeds need to be utilized in
conducting event/s which may include and not just limited to the below:

1. Guest Lectures.
2. Symposiums
3. Call for Paper related to Financial Literacy
4. Webinars
5. Any other related activity which promotes financial literacy

In case your esteemed organization would be interested in partnering us for this noble
cause, we would like to enter into an MOU and further clarify the respective obligations of
both organizations. We request you to kindly accept this request and allow us to be
associated with this cause of spreading financial literacy awareness.
