DIET FOR HAVE AN IDEAL BODY


Most girls surely wants to have an ideal body. Whether to gain more self-esteem
or to help them get the perfect position when they apply some jobs. To reach that
goal, we find this particular diet thing popular among teenagers. Some teenagers
do this diet to bring down the body weight and get the ideal body shape. In addition,
the ideal body weight can minimize the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Obesity known as overweight is an issue that is quite popular among teenagers. To


have a slim and proportional body is a dream for every teenagers. The primary
causes of the increasing rate of obesity are current western culture to consume a
high-fat food, lack of essential nutrition, lack of physical activity, and other factors
that brings impact to the body weight. Obesity appears to trigger several disease,
such as diabetes and hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors that in return could
trigger stroke and heart disease. One of many solutions we could do is to consume
fibrous food such as oat. Oat is made from ground oat groats. Oat groats are the
seeds of the oat plant with the hulls removed. The benefits of consuming oats are
to make the stomach always feel full without consuming too much food, reduce
LDL and total cholesterol levels, and also to improve blood sugar control and
others.

To do this oat diet, we could try some recipes from friends or do DIYs. There are
also so many recipes we could find in the internet, here we have chosen one fun
diet recipe to try. It is called Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats. First thing first,
the ingredients you will need are 1/2 medium banana, 2 tablespoons creamy peanut
butter, 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1
tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. For dry ingredients you will need
1 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. As for the
materials, you will need a large bowl, and a plastic wrap. Afterward, the first thing
to do is mash 1/2 banana in a large bowl. Second, is add 2 tablespoons creamy
peanut butter, then add 1/4 cup plain yogurt. Next, add the rest of the wet
ingredients and mix it until smooth. Then, add in dry ingredients and mix again. At
last, put the bowl in the refrigerator, covered, with the plastic wrap for at least 2
hours or overnight. And voila! Enjoy your snack!
