1.1 Introduction of Project

My project is based on Online Cake Booking System. It provides efficient way of
information about new release Cake, efficient way to purchase any Cake. Web base of
Chetana Bekary to increase performance of the selling of cake. It provides fast track of online
purchasing and attractive GUI for display information.
 1.2 Introduction of Organization
Chetana Bekary is old and repudiated shop in Shirpur. Chetana bekary
established by Mr. Champalal Jain in 1999.Anil Jain is the owner of chetana bekary. Chetana
bekary have different cake for selling like butter cake, chocolate cake, blacktee cake etc.
related cakes information chetana bekary also have cakes for sales.
Selling transaction of cake and are carried out is manual in shop, after analysis we
find the requirement of web base management system for shop to increase the performance of
the selling. Cheatna bekary shop is on main road of Shirpur. So, to cover the global customer
from Dhule, Nandurbar and Jalgaon, owner of chetana bekary decide to convert the manual
system into web base. Records of cake, not ecake and customers were maintained manually,
by web base management shopkeeper can maintain all records. Chetana bekary perform
hundred of transactions daily.
 Chapter 2
NEED OF SYSTEAM

2.1 Need of the Project:-

1) Chetana bekary perform all transactions manually; to perform all transaction online
web base is required for shop.
2) In manual system shopkeeper not maintain the records of customer, to maintain
records of customer’s web base of chetana bekary is necessary.
3) Customers doing bargaining on purchase to avoid it web base of system is must.
4) To cover the global customers from Dhule, Nandurbar and Jalgaon.
5) To save the time in performing transaction with customers as well as shopkeeper.
6) To maintain the records of cake..
7) To provide information about new release cake.
8) To perform all payment transaction online.

SYSTEM STUDY ANALYSIS

3.1 Objective of Proposed System

1. The main objective of this system is to provide online cake booking within time to
customer.
2. In the online system customer can be select types of cake.
3. This order can be cake items, that why customer register for that particular website.
4. Online cake booking system easy for search different type of items.
5. To develop an attractive showcase items.
6. It provides more flexibility to the user compared with the other existing system.
7. Order conformation and online payment.
8. This website is user friendly and places the order online.

3.2 Scope of Proposed System

A) Scope For Customer In System:-

 Customer can search perform payment transaction online under security..

 Customer can order cake placing online order in specified period.

A) Scope Of Administration
 Administrator can add new product and their details.
 Administrator can update all information in database.
 Administrator can maintain information dynamically of products, and customer.
 Administrator analyzes daily sales transaction, sales and payment.
 Administrator can dynamically accept the online the order and manage the
delivery schedule.

3.3 Existing System

 Selling of cakes in manual system exist in shop.
 Chetana bekary sales perform many transaction in daily.
 In existing system shopkeeper physically search where cake required and
needs of cake and which unavailable in shop .
Customer physically checks quality of cakes
 3.4 Drawback or Limitation of existing system

 Poor searching facility and no track of maintaining records of users.

 No benefit count.
 Not cover the global customers.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

4.1 Problem identification & information gathering:-

Identify the need of website development for organization .Information gathering & actual need
of web site take 2 days communicate with Mrs.
&collecting information which required for development .There is no cost required

4.2 Economical Feasibility

Cost of Hardware / Software Setup:-

The Hardware/Software setup required for development and efficient
operation of system is already available, so the cost increased is less.
4.3 Technical feasibility:-
The necessary setup (Software and Hardware support) required for the system already exists.
The system can run efficiently in present hardware setup No extra resources are required for
development of system. Since the platform provides accuracy, reliability. Security and all
processes involved in the system are information need.

4.4 Operational Feasibility:-

There was sufficient support for proposed system from the management as well as end user.
The system will have required validations and check points, which will reduce errors and
inconsistency in the database. Hence performance of system is enhanced. Manual work will be
reduced. The proposed system will provide timely information and status of various activities
to management and end users. It will facilitate the uses of system.

5.2 INTRODUCTION OF Technology (About frontend):-
PHP is an HTML embedded scripting language. Much of its syntax is borrowed from c, c++;,
java with a couple of unique PHP specific feature thrown in. the goal of the language is to
allow web development to write dynamically generated pages quickly.

PHP-what’s it do?:-
PHP stand for Hypertext preprocessor.
PHP is server side scripting language like Asp.
PHP scripting is executed on the server.
Allow creation of shopping create large website.
PHP is open source software.
PHP is free to download and easy to use.

5.3 Introduction of Database

MYSQL is a database server.
MYSQL is ideal for both small and large application.
MYSQL supports standard SQL.
MYSQL complies on number of platforms.
MYSQL is free to download and use.

6.1 System Features

6.1.1 Online Cake Booking System Modules

1)Admin Module :
Here Admin should manage user's and employee’s account in various way if any
of user or employee found that abuse of site than admin can ban him. Admin also can
maintain master level database details and can fill entry in the various master table
fields like city, state, country, products, categories etc.

2) Customer Module:

 Customer can register first

 After register user can login to proceed ahead.
 User can search product.
 User can place order and paid payment processed.
 View status of order.
