written under a strict deadline, and the

Peaks of Europe I

The Peaks of Europe are in the "Principado
de Asturias", and have got an important
peak called Toarecerredo. The Peaks of
Europe are important to all of Spain and
Asturias because they are very tall (one is
2,648 mts.). They are beautiful because of
their vegetation.

Asturias: Natural Paradise

Asturias is in the North of Spain. In
Asturias, there's very good food, for
example, the Fabada. The landscape is
green because it rains a lot. The people of
Asturias are nice and there are a lot of
animals, such as bears, foxes, horses, wild
boars, and goats. In Asturias there are
also a lot of coalmines. Many sportsmen
came from here: Fernando Alonso, David
Villa (el Guay'e)…
Zac Efron Comes to Spain!

Yes, you should hear this! Zac Efron
comes to Spain soon, on the 14th of
August, 2009. We think all of the girls will
love him. He is the protagonist of High
School Musical with Vanessa Hudgens,
Ashley Tis Dole and Lucas Grabeel. He will
come to Parque Principado.
The Bear Trail I

The Bear Trail is beautiful. It has got two
bears named Paca and Tola. The trail is
very long because it has 24 Km in total.
The Bear Trail is green because there are a
lot of trees, but it hasn't got a beach.

Near Mieres, there's an old trail. It's called
the Green Trail. It isn't very long, just 10
Kms. There you can walk or ride a bike. In
the middle, there's a fountain and at the
end you, and see the Old Road and the
Caudal River.
The Bear Trail is in Asturias, and there are
two bears and a lot of trees. Their names
are Paca and Tola. It's very interesting and
beautiful. The Bear Trail is accessible in
the spring and summer.

Covadonga

Covadonga is in Cangas de Onis County.
It's famous because the Virgin of
Covadonga is in this County, and in 1496,
there was the Battle of Covadonga. There
is a little church and a cave, and in this
cave there is the Virgin.
The Beach

Our favorite beaches are Perlora and
Rodiles. We like them because they are
clean and have clean sand. Other people
like them because there are no sharks.
There are a lot of people on the beach in
June, July and August, but the water is
very cold.

Peaks of Europe II

The Peaks of Europe are between León

and Asturias. They are very tall and are
good for climbing. There are a lot of
animals in this Natural Paradise. You can
breathe fresh air. There are also the three
lakes of Covadonga.
