In order to improve the cube strength, QA/QC has implemented the following:

1. Arrange QC supervisor to follow through the cube handling process.

2. Strict control of the slump/ workability at both batching plant and on site.
3. Quality testers on the proper sampling and cube making procedures at site.
4. Regularly inspection and servicing of the cube mould to ensure the dimension of the cube
samples, cube mould condition etc.
5. To ensure cube are properly cure inside clean water. Curing tan water need to be changed
regularly.
6. Constant monitoring of site cube results and implement improvement if necessary
