Bar Supervisor – Drapers Hotel – Current

Managerial role within a restaurant, bar and hotel family business. My role was to supervise Bar
staff and ensure they are giving the best customer service possible, as well as fully training them
behind the bar and ensuring they have the correct updates knowledge about products we sold.
Key responsibilities:
 Ensure excellent front of house service, allocate support staff throughout the shift to
maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue
 Liaise with Head chef and restaurant manager
 Till management and cash handling
 Kitchen work

 Manage stock levels and order in new stock

Head Groom – OSH Dressage – 2014-2017


Started part time as stable hand at 14 years old. Progressed to head girl of the yard and
competitions at 16 years old in the summer part time. Job entailed making sure all horses were
healthy, clean and fit. Also to manage and train the other stable girls with regular staff meeting
and job reviews. Required to be able to self-motivate and work on your own for long periods of
time.

Shop Assistant – Broomfield’s Country and Farm shop – 2016

Summer part time shop assistant in busy local shop.
