Highest Honors in 2017

Resthaven continues its tradition of receiving the highest ratings for resident satisfaction and patient care, with the
renewal of a 5-Star Care Rating from Medicare.gov—the highest level awarded—for our Care Center. We’re also
humbled by the results of our November 2017 independent resident satisfaction survey, where residents at our Care
Center and Maple Woods Assisted Living campuses scored us on over 35 factors for excellence, giving us a total rating
of 4.6 out of 5 stars.
