The result of the study showed that among the independent variables, budget allocation

and physical plant came out as significant predictors of housekeeping competency. It

can be gleaned from the result that budget allocation positively and significantly predicts
the housekeeping competency. The beta coefficient (1.055) indicates that the
adequately budgeted school factors such as supplies, tools and equipment, etc. had
more significant effect on the knowledge and skills acquisition of the teacher
