Based on the findings, the current structure of PNP in dispatching police officers
is effective but an enhancement using modern technology will be a great help.
2. Findings showed basic knowledge about the technology specifically using an
android phone are necessary. Users must allow themselves to give their
information and trust the police officers to ensure their safety. The proponents are
necessarily have knowledge with the required softwares in order to build Grab
