    Emperador Distillers, Inc. hereby appoints G.K. Skaggs, Inc. as its exclusive Importer/Wholesaler and
    primary source of the following distilled spirit brand in the United States and its possessions.

    Emperador Light Premium Brandy Liqueur (750ml)


    Emperador Brandy Solera Reservada (750ml)

    G.K. Skaggs represents and warrants to Emperador Distillers, Inc. that it holds all the necessary permits
    and licenses as well as approvals to allow it to act as Importer for Emperador Distillers, Inc. This
    appointment is effective May 5, 2016 until December 31st, 2021 unless terminated earlier by either
    party.
