Thanks for the quick feedback. I have atttached the letter, and a student sign out sheet I created
to send home to parents! Thanks for looking this over.

This would be great!! You would just need to send home a permission providing parents with the
details of the coach class (i.e. purpose, days, time, pick up information, emergency contact info., etc. )
Before sending out the letter, let us see if first to approve.

Good Evening Ms.Pulley, and Ms.Spencer,

I was thinking about offering coach class to my kids after school twice a week. It wouldn't
interfere with the newly started homework club, however I'm not sure if there are certain
guidelines to follow. I would like to offer coach class every Monday, and Wedsnesday for my
students for about 30-45 minutes right after school to further focus on their deficits before parcc
and iready approach.
