Balsa Wood Model Proposal:

We are building a 3 bedroom ranch style home out of balsa wood. Our goal is to
build a model to learn more about framing and construction. Our deadline is on
May 1, on which we plan to show our skills at creating small scale real life models
at the MITES competition. Our model will cost $178 for materials and construction.
The materials required for construction are balsa wood, saw, nails, glue, cutting
board, floor plans, and elevations. We need is $178 in order for us to buy the
model and construct it.

Today we began working on our model. We started with Walls 22 and 13. We
should be able to finish these two walls up next class
Date: 12.05.2022

Today we were able to complete walls 22, 21 and 13. We started working on walls
10, 7, and 5.
Date: 12.07.2022

We completed walls 12 and 10 and continued our progress on wall 5


Date: 12.09.2022

Today we finished walls 5 and 14. We continued working on walls 4 and 8 and just
began wall 6.

We finished walls 19,9,4. We continued our progress on walls 6 and 7. We started


wall 11.

Today we finished walls 11, 8, and 6. We started working on wall 1 and 17 and
continued working on wall 7 and 16.

We finished wall 16 and 17. Continued working on 7 and 1. Started 18 and 20

We finished walls 1, 2, and 7. We continued progress on walls 18 and 20.

We finished walls 15, 18, and 20 and we started wall 3.

We continued working on wall 3 and started standing up the rest of our already
complete walls
