Reservation should be confirmed with the DATE secretariat only. Payments may be made through cash deposits, bank draft or cheque payable to the Davao City Chamber of Commerce
and Industry, Inc. PNB Account No. 31-114-990002-5. A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable down payment is required upon confirmation, but deductible to the actual payment of the client.
Full payment is to be settled on or before October 15, 2010. A patronage discount of five percent (5%) will be given for the repeat exhibitors since DATE 2008. Plus another five percent (5%)
if the company is a member of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. Five percent (5%) early bird discount will be given upon reservation and full payment not later
than 15 September 2010.

Important Note:
 Attendance will only be allowed upon full receipt of payment. Please indicate clearly on your cheque/bank draft/telegraphic transfer what your payment is for.
 Cancellations: Request for refunds should be made in writing before September 21, 2010. Refunds will be subject to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges
that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. No refunds will be provided for cancellation or no show after this date.
 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant (exhibitor/sponsor/advertiser/delegate) as it deems fit.
 Should there be a need to cancel the event, the organizer will refund participants for registration fees paid, and will not be held responsible for any travel and/or accommodation costs
incurred.
 All participants must be in proper attire. Those in shorts, sleeveless, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates who are not
appropriately dressed.
