Congratulations on being short-listed for the WAT/PI process. I welcome you on behalf of Shailesh
J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay.

Please go through the instructions below carefully:

1) The WAT/PI process will take place over a period of four days: 10th March - 13th March of 2018
in two slots - Morning (07:30 AM to 01:00 PM) and Afternoon (01:30 PM to 07:00 PM).

2) For the morning slot, please report latest by 07:00 AM and for the afternoon slot please
report latest by 01:00 PM. Report at the VMCC building on ground floor.

3) Please ensure that you are carrying all the required documents in original along with two sets of
photocopies.

4) WAT/PI slots can be chosen from the link provided in the mail. Slots will be allotted on first
come-first-serve basis. The slot booking will open on 12th February, 11:00 AM and will close by
14th February, 5:00 PM. For all those who fail to choose a slot by the deadline, slots shall be
allocated randomly. No requests for rescheduling of slots would be entertained.

5) In case you require accommodation you need to request the same on website (along with the slot
booking). The confirmation of the allotment of accommodation will be intimated after 27 th
February along with the charges for accommodation. A form requesting the arrival and departure
time of candidate will be shared after 27th February only if you have requested for accommodation.
Note: We will try to provide accommodation to as many aspirants as possible, but if there are a lot
of requests, the requests will be entertained on first come, first serve basis. Accommodation request
will be entertained only for the aspirants. No request for family or friends will be accepted.

6) Student volunteers will be available round the clock (from 10th March 2018 onwards) in the
SJMSOM building to help and guide you.

7) You will also be assigned mentors for the process by 14th February, EOD and all the contact
information will be provided in that mail. If you feel the need to ask any queries related to admission
process, feel free to contact them.

The school has a very stringent selection process. Though the entire process is an exhausting
exercise, it is truly an enriching one.
