1. Define the term Internet


Th internet is a massive network of many networks, a networking infrastructure.
Connects all computers globally, as long as the computer has the internet.

2. What is the World Wide Web, when was it created, and how was it created?
The World wide web is an web browser computer program. It was created in 1989 by
Tim Berners- Lee. It was conceived and developed to meet demands for sharing
automatic information between scientist.

3. Describe network in terms of the class computer lab

Assisting students in understanding the benefits of networking and provide the best to
students that will assist students in their network planning.

4. What is a browser? Give one example

Application provides ways to look to interact all things on world wide web. Good
example is google.

5. What is a search engine? How is this different from a browser?


Search engine I identifies items in database hat correspond to key words of
characters specified by user.

6. Give an example of a database


Some examples of database: Microsoft words, SQL server, and oracle database

Fraudulent practice of sending email purporting to be from other reputable companies to
trick individuals to reveal personal information.

9. What is SHOUTING?
Shouting is when people chatter in Usenet will often tell others to stop shouting, known
as “ TURN YOUR CAPS LOCK OFF.”

10. What is a bookmark or favorite? And how do you create one?


Bookmarks are called favorites, or internet shortcuts in Internet Explorer.

11. Create a classroom policy for Internet use during classroom time. Must be a
