SUBJECT: - EXECUTION OF PETITION TITLED “MUHAMAD SIDDIQUE & MST. KANEEZ BEGUM
V/S FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN THROUGH THE SECRETARY, MINISTRY
OF HOUSING & WORKS

It is submitted that the Undersigned alongwith Counsel attended the

Honorable Court of Mr. Yaqoob Senior Judge Bahawalnagar on dated 06.10.2017.
During hearing the Honorable Court press very hard and directed to ensure / intimate
the funds allocation process for the payment of decree holder i.e. Rs. 7.000 million
on next date of hearing which is fixed on 20.10.2017. Otherwise Honorable Court will
pass strict adverse order and warrant may be issued.
It is therefore requested to intimate the out come of funds allocation process.
So that same could be submitted to the Honorable Court on next date of hearing i.e.
20.10.2017.
It is also pertinent to mention here that amount of decree is also increasing
due to compound interest.
