Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Student at the nearby Goffs Academy, and I am making the

Pre-Production content for the Cheshunt Film Festival which is taking
place in April/May time.

The company would like to stage their film festival in the immediate
fields surrounding the centre, and the nearby field also. This location
has been chosen, as this can provide a spacious area needed for
showing the films, and can provide close links to the town, with
sufficient transport availability.

I would be grateful if you could let me know if we can stage this festival
at your site as soon as possible, as this is a vital part of the Pre-
Production process. I would also greatly welcome any tips on safety
within this area when managing people and crowds.
