Contingency Plan

Name – Finley Chung

Production – Cheshunt Film Festival

1. If technological issues take place, I have arranged for spare

pieces of equipment (projectors, laptops etc…) to be kept on
site at all times.
2. If the weather threatens to stop film festival, sufficient cover will
be given for audience, and the sufficient time will be taken in
order to make sure that it is ok to continue.
3. If any technological equipment is damaged/ needs repairing,
we are situated near a repair shop which is open till 9:30pm on
Fridays/Saturdays
4. If transport is an issue for some members of the crew, we have
organised local taxi’s to drop off/take from the venue.
5. I have allocated 15% of my budget to contingency, just in case
there are any costs which I haven’t factored.
