Job Description
Dynapac soil and asphalt rollers are used in road construction working areas all around the world,
normally in very harsh environments with high demands on safety, reliability and productivity.
We are looking for a motivated person to join the Heavy Compaction Design & Development
department in Karlskrona, working with mechanical design within the area of Machine Integration,
from requirements specification to verified solution.
You will be a member of a team responsible for frames, engine installation, sprinkler system and
integration of all systems and components to a complete vehicle.
We work in close cooperation with the other departments within the product company, and also with
the other product companies, as an international team, to create synergy and standardization in our
product offering worldwide.
Expectations are high regarding innovative and cost efficient solutions.
You report to the team leader and to project management.

Your Future Challenge

Develop efficient and state of the art design solutions within mechanical design.
Establish documentation/drawings for production and purchasing.
Establish requirement specifications.
Work with risk assessment.
Perform dimensioning, theoretical verification and in some cases practical verification.
Be the technical representative for supplier interaction.

Qualification
You are a mechanical engineer on Bachelor level or higher.
Experience within mechanical design using 3D CAD, preferably Creo Parametric
Written and spoken English is a requirement.
